Expressive Arts and Painting with Elke Scholz

Elke Scholz is a well known artist & Expressive Arts Therapist.
Elke has been helping people since 1980. Her calm approach invites a comfortable space for people to try new things. Elke has spent 30 years painting, art coaching and managing her successful art studio in Canada, and led art tours in Portugal and France.

Yoga with Silvia Gfeller
Silvia became a certified Yoga instructor at the Pentalfa Academy in Sevilla, Spain.
The sessions are built around Vinyasa sequences, with a focus on precise alignment and BREATH. Go with the flow. You will walk out light, free and energized. She brings joy, enthusiasm and love for yoga to her teaching, and her gentle guidance and knowledge is a great experience. Whatever practice level you are at, you will have a great yoga experience in the tropics!
