As many of you know I am practicing Expressive Arts Therapy and Art Coaching. I graduated this May as an Expressive Arts Therapist. My life has always had aspects of this, however now it has become more amplified.  My whole being feels joyful in this work!  I will continue to offer courses, private tutoring, and will continue painting and exploring my creativity.

The Summer Art School is changing.  I will be studying for my Masters in Expressive Arts Therapy, coaching, Consulting and Education for half of summer of 2009 and 2010.

Don't want to waste your time? Not seeing topics or workshops that you want?

On the web site there are not many workshops that I offer, to youth or adults. That's because private people and groups have hired me to come out to their home, cottage, my studio or favourite location.  This has worked out very well and we have had a lot of fun.   You tell me what topics and techniques you would like covered .  I come with a plan and tailor the workshop to your needs. This works out very economical and is high in valued time.

Because of your support, children do not pay for their materials.  Scholarships are available for children, so if you would like to participate in sponsoring a child or are hoping for a children’s scholarship, let us know.

We are asking patrons of the arts for the following items when you are cleaning out your closets.  Any of the following items can be previously used, we are not fussy, new is even better. Art papers, canvases, any paints or inks, brushes, pencils, lino cutting tools, music, instruments, silk screens, beads, easels, storage cupboard, frames, costume accessories and/or whatever you think might be fun!

A big thanks to all our instructors over the years, you have all been amazing! , the sharing and benefits continues throughout the year for all of us!

Books and art work are donated annually to the Children's Foundation of Muskoka, Hospice Muskoka, and to A Wing & A Prayer.  Partial proceeds of all workshops go to The Muskoka Spiritualist Church, and The Meeting Place Inc.

"We all here at the Summer Art School want to share our love and joy of the arts and hope to include any one who so desires to learn."

"Christopher had a wonderful time, I have never seen him so relaxed and happy at a camp before."

"My daughter still talks about her summer art camp and can hardly wait for this year!"

"I can not tell you enough how much your classes mean to me."

Partial Proceeds go to:
Children's Foundation of Muskoka, SGI Canada,  Wing & A Prayer, The Meeting Place Inc. and the Trans Canada Trails
